Westborough High School
Position: Camp Manager 6110
Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; 40 hours per week depending on enrollment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a summer camp or camp-like setting
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have taken post-high school coursework
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Experience in leading a school-age childcare program preferred
Responsibilities:
- Directs and supervises summer camp programming camp activities, field trips, entertainers and enrollment, and budget management
- Manage camper disciplinary issues and parent communication
- Creation of a daily camp schedule
- Manage/Supervise Head Counselors, Including observations / reviews, daily meetings, group assigning, scheduling, etc.
Position: Process Lead 6123
Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 40 hours per week depending on enrollment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a summer camp or camp-like setting
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be CPR/ First Aid Trainor Certified
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Summer Camp Attendance throughout the entire camp day.
- She was acting as the Health Care Supervisor, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the camp health/safety protocols, including injuries, allergies, distribution of medication, and a medical log book.
- CPR/First Aid trainer for the summer camp staff and C.I.T. program.
Position: Activity Specialist 6118
Schedule: 8:15 am to 4:00 pm, 37.5 hours per week depending on enrollment
Qualifications:
- Possess the ability to interact with and supervise campers (ages 5-12) during camp activities
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Responsibilities:
- Implement pre-planned Day Camp activities during activity periods, which may include a spontaneous adaptation of plans in Art, Science, Teambuilding, and Sports
- Supervise camp lunch periods
Position: Head Counselor 6113
Schedule: 8:15 am to 4:00 pm, 37.5 hours per week depending on enrollment
Qualifications:
- Possess the ability to interact with and supervise campers (ages 5-12) during camp activities
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Responsibilities:
- Primary caregiver for assigned summer camp group
- Supervise group’s counselors, Junior Staff, and Counselors- in-Training within the group, which includes the training of the staff
- Direct, supervise and organize campers throughout daily activities
Position: Counselor 6114
Schedule: 8:15 am to 4:00 pm, 37.5 hours per week depending on enrollment
Qualifications:
- Possess the ability to interact with and supervise campers (ages 5-12) during camp activities
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Counselors and Activity Specialists in the supervision and management of campers
- Assist campers wherever necessary, which may include helping shy or awkward campers feel welcome and comfortable in the camp environment
- Participate in the implementation of program activities for campers, which includes encouraging the campers to engage in the activities
Position: AM Counselor 6115
Schedule: 7:15 am to 12:45 pm, 27.5 hours per week depending on enrollment
Qualifications:
- Possess the ability to interact with and supervise campers (ages 5-12) during camp activities
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the arrival and dismissal of campers to and from the AM Extended Day Program
- Be responsible for the general administrative tasks involved in running the AM Extended Day Program, which includes planning activities and maintaining activity materials’ inventory
- Assist campers wherever necessary, which may include helping shy or awkward campers feel welcome and comfortable in the camp environment
- Participate in the implementation of program activities for campers, which includes encouraging the campers to engage in the activities
Position: PM Counselor 6116
Schedule: 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, 25 hours per week depending on enrollment
Qualifications:
- Possess the ability to interact with and supervise campers (ages 5-12) during camp activities
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Responsibilities:
- Assist PM Extended Day Lead in supervision and management of campers during camp’s PM Extended Day hours
- Assist Head Counselors and Activity Specialists in the supervision and management of campers during regular camp hours
- Assist campers wherever necessary, which may include helping shy or awkward campers feel welcome and comfortable in the camp environment
- Participate in the implementation of program activities for campers, which includes encouraging the campers to engage in the activities
Position: Extended Day Lead 6111
Schedule 7:15 am to 9:15, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, 25 hours per week depending on enrollment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a summer camp or camp-like setting
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have taken post-high school coursework
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Possess the ability to interact with and supervise campers (ages 5-12) during camp activities
- Must have experience in leading a school-age childcare program
Description:
- Primary caregiver for each camper in the Day Camp’s PM Extended Day Program
- Be responsible for the arrival and dismissal of campers to and from the Extended Day Program

- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Possess the ability to interact with and supervise campers (ages 5-12) during camp activities
- Experience in leading a school-age childcare program preferred
Responsibility:
- Manage/Supervise participants of the CIT and Junior Staff Programs, including hiring,
- training and reviews
- Be responsible for the implementation of teambuilding activities, classroom lectures, and integration of CITs and Junior Staff participants into camp activities
